Following today sessions, the anomaly to be solved are these two:
a) with high signal strenght stable in good/excellent range, antennas in open sky, no obstacles (and where other 4G modems works well) TBR501 shows RSRP and SINR instability in their rapid fluctuation, confirmed by the same aspects in evaluating latency in recursive ping, in idle with no download or upload and also forcing a single 4G band;
b) both passthrough and bridge configuration, after many tests TRB501 doesn’t transfers mobile WAN public IP to the ethernet port.
For troubleshooting purposes, we will require more sensitive information from your end, such as the troubleshoot file, which may contain passwords, public IP addresses, serial numbers, and such. To avoid leaking this information, we have sent you a form to fill out, which you will receive in your e-mail inbox that you have registered your account with in the forums. In the Ticket ID field of the form, please enter the ID of this thread, which is 19345.
We have asked our RnD team for an estimated timeframe regarding when they may be able to provide more information about your issue. We will let you know once we receive a response from them.
I bought TRB501 for passtrought / bridge, asking before to your tech support (web form) if TRB501 can be the correct product for passthrough or bridge …and after more then a month I still have an unusable device.
Our R&D team has informed us that, starting with firmware 7.24.1, hardware offloading will be enabled in passthrough mode, which should improve its performance.
