TRB142 - Serial Over IP no reconnection

Hello. I just received a TRB142 and I’m trying to use Serial Over IP in TCP Client mode. It works at its first connection, however if the receiving socket is closed, the gateway does not seem to try reconnecting. How the Reconnection time and the Inactivity timeout are supposed to work? I did not change their default values.

What’s the prognosis for fixing this bug? I can use 7.06, but this older
version is incompatible with Teltonika RMS. (This incompatibility is a
worry - why is a firmware less than 6 months old unsupported. Really
raises questions about the suitability of RMS for anything large scale.)

The issue regarding the Serial over IP Client not automatically reconnecting should be resolved with the release of firmware version 7.8.
