Following firmware and modem updates - RG520N - Modem Firmware , unfortunately we keep observing random disconnects on both modems.
The modem is powered via POE, BAT120 and an original powersupply - therefore I do not suspect that it is a power fluctuation issue.
A phone with a sim card roaming on the same network as modem1, stays connected throughout with no issues.
Restarting the connection does not fix the issue, rebooting the modem does.
Would appreciate support.

If updating the modem firmware does not resolve the issue, please let me know.
And as a temporary fix, you can configure a Ping Reboot on the device. This will automatically reboot the device after a data disconnect, so manual reboots are no longer necessary. More information can be found here: RUTM52 Maintenance - Teltonika Networks Wiki
