5y management pack active yet getting "no credits" error

I have purchased and successfully applied (4 days ago) the “5y management pack”:

But, as seen on the widget to the right, I have 0 credits. That in itself wouldn’t be a problem, but when I try to turn on RMS on RUTX50, I get this:

Same via RMS settings page:

Same on RMS web (via Service toggle):

So, as far as I know, I have no way to turn on the service I have paid for.
Can anyone help me with this, please?

Did you enable the service in RMS for this device?

Did you look at my screenshots or read what I wrote?

Is your RUTX50 on the latest firmware version (07.08) and did you try to unregister and re-register the box in RMS?

Hi, your “packs remaining” should be zero. You need to “set pack” for the RUT device in RMS.

Goto RMS website, select “devices” from the management menu, click on the “i” symbol under actions of your RUT, then from the dropdown menu select “device” and “set pack”. Ten select the pack to link to the RUT device.

Hope this helps!

Thanks TD45 for the hint, but I can’t try it as I followed TeWe’s suggestion (to remove the device from RMS and add it again). Since I was not near the device and it was offline, only today when I turn it on it will be completely removed from RMS and I’ll be able to add it back again and check if that fixed the issue.

Will let you know later today.

Fully removed the device from RMS.

Added the device.

Result RMS:

Result router side:

Did Set pack (and selected the 5y pack).

Connected from device.

Finally works.

@Teltonika: I’d expect that this is done semi automatically, i.e. if RMS finds i have zero credits, but i have active (5y) pack, it should offer “do you want to use the available pack for this device?” (with pack pre-selected).
Otherwise, this is not so user-friendly experience.

Thanks TD45. It’s possible I didn’t need to remove the device, just needed to “Set pack” for it.

Cool that it works now Saran. I found out 2 days ago how it works so glad I could help.

Could you signal this was the solution by clicking the checkmark under my previous post so other users can find it also?

Thanks and have a great weekend.
