RUTX50 Management pack 10y.:

Hello, I have a problem, after the 30-day free version of RMS expired, I purchased a 10-year license. My RUTX50 does not recognize it and says that it is offline because it has no credit. There is information in the account tab:

Company data:
5 GB
Management pack 10y.:

however it is still RUTX50
Not activated
What am I doing wrong ?

As TeWe mentioned, please try enabling Services. To do this, select the desired device in RMS, then press “Devices” and select “Manage services”:
