Unable to activate RUT200 to RMS

Hi,
I believe I have similar issue as Unable to connect the RUT950 router to the RMS since the account is one company and creadits were bought by another.
Please advise how to activate the credits.

At the moment, there is a temporary issue affecting the “User parent resources” functionality. This feature is intended to automatically allow child companies (for example, a level 2 company) to use resources from the parent company (level 1) when their own resources are exhausted. We are aware of this issue and our team is actively working on resolving it. I will inform you once the issue is resolved.

As a temporary workaround, you can manually transfer resources from the parent company to the child company. To do so, please navigate to Administration → Resources → Actions → Move resources. This will open a window similar to the one shown in the screenshot below:

In this window:

  1. You can select the type of resources you want to move (credits or management packs).
  2. Select the company from which the resources will be taken (FROM).
  3. Select the company to which the resources will be transferred (TO).
  4. Specify the number of credits or management packs you wish to move.

Once all fields are filled in, click the Move button and the selected resources will be transferred to the chosen company.
