Thanks @Matas for the quick reply, I’ve filled out the form. Running gsmctl -y outputs RG520NEBDCR03A01M4G_OCPU_02.200.00.000 same as bofh’s version.
Hi,
I am experiencing the same issue on my TRB501.
The modem randomly restarts and I see messages like:
-
rmnet_ipa3 started initialization -
wlan_msg_process failed -
lan_msg_process failed -
subsystem_restart_wq_func(): Restart sequence for modem completed
After that, the modem reconnects again.
I am currently using modem firmware:
RG520NEBDCR03A01M4G_OCPU_02.200.00.000
Has anyone found a stable solution or workaround for this problem?
Did updating RutOS or modem firmware help?
Is this related to 5G NSA, carrier aggregation, or specific operators?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
