TRB500 goes down in internet

Hi, I have installed my new TRB500, when it is rebbited I have upp to 450 Mbps, but quite soon like 5-10 min it is so poor that I cant use it. If I have some traffic it goes down quick! What do I need to configure so I have the spped all the time?

Could you share the signal parameters of the device when the speed is good vs. when it’s bad?
Additionally, could you comment on what is connected to the device? How are the speed tests performed?

I will try to fix this, right now it is working good, but I have reset the unit.
I have updated to the latest firmware, TRB5_R_00.07.05.4 as it says on the modem is RG501QEUAAR12A08M4G_04.200.00.000

If TRB500 is directly connected to another router, I’d suggest configuring the TRB500 in Passthrough or Bridge mode, just to avoid triple-NATing. This can be done by navigating to Network → WAN → edit mob1s1a1 interface, and change it from NAT to Passthrough mode. This will directly relay the mobile IP address to your router.
Without having access to more information it’s hard to troubleshoot the issue. Perhaps the speed drop only happens during certain times of the day?
