TRB255 Losing Mobile Monnection

I’ve tried AutoAPN/Manual but Data Connection State stays Disconnected, I dont have same problem on other devices. The Network type - 2G (EDGE). I used Beeline SIM-Card. I also noticed that operators list redirects me to 404 error.

Hello,

Just to clarify, your TRB255 module won’t connect to russian operators as they are banned on our modems. Could you try (if not yet) using another operator’s SIM card to check if that makes any change?

Additionally, could you provide any GSM logs for further troubleshooting?

Hi, we have a couple of TRB255 with sim card of 1nce. The devices are a different location in our building some using the telekom network some the telefonica network. If we have luck, the devices are online for some minutes, if not, they even do not connect. In each order they lose their internet connection after a short time. We set manually the APN and also added 8.8.8.8 as DNS. Why does the device loses the connection. BTW: we have mobile phones in both networks here, working fine.

TRB255 stuck on 2G mobile connectivity

I have a TRB 255 fw TRB2_R_00.07.08.2 (but tried also the latest 7.10 with the same issue) with Vianova SIM card in Italy. Despite my device is connected to the mobile network with LTE B20 band the network type is stuck on 2G(EDGE) with poor speed performance. I’ve tried to force connection to 4G ONLY in the “preferred network type” but in this case I have no connection at all. APN is set to custom otherwise there is no connection. The same Vianova SIM inserted in my phone provides 3G, 4G and…
