The cable which all Teltonika Routers appear to use is the 4-pin Molex MicroFit 3.0, per https://www.reddit.com/u/rokejulianlockhart/comments/167lfed/comment/k2pfjit/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3. I don’t believe that this is explained anywhere obvious, and can be immensely important when looking for a configuration which Teltonika doesn’t sell, like a version with an IEC 60320 connector at its AC end rather than a country-specific plug.
Regardless, I do recommend

https://teltonika-networks.com/products/accessories/powering-options/4-pin-to-4-pin-power-cable-1
with an honourable mention to

https://teltonika-networks.com/products/accessories/powering-options/4-pin-to-barrel-socket-adapter-1
because no other company provides such standardized and comprehensive options for 4-pin Molex MicroFit 3.0-compliant power cables. All options can be seen at https://teltonika-networks.com/products/accessories/powering-options/?page=1
.
