My RUTX10 device is temporarily blocked.
I’ve followed the newly published Wiki page “Why is my device offline” to the letter.
The last part of that Wiki page reads “The platform cannot validate this device’s authenticity. Please confirm whether the device’s manufacturing information was inputted correctly. If this persists, please contact support.”
I’ve called Teltonika who asked me to start a topic here in the community, why I’m doing as I’m told.
Looking forward to what your suggestion is next.

The issue was resolved by resetting the device (due to the password being lost) & inputting the correct password in the RMS system. The device instantly got back online.
