Setting up DDNS with NameCheap

Trying to setup NameCheap DDNS on RUTX09 but cannot get it to register/update
Now the configuration has username and password have tried both namecheap username and password and namecheap username and “Dynamic DNS Password”

Has anyone got this working and can offer some help?
