I just updated the firmware on my RUTX50 and I regret it!!! I had a working router, but now it disconnects all the time from mobile network.
I user my router for streaming sports to different platforms in my photography business. So the connection is critical.
After the firmware update to RUTX_R_00.07.04.5 I get “Mobile data disconnected (internal modem)” as soon as I load the router for a bit 
This makes the router pretty much useless and unreliable!!! I have a paid job the coming weekend that will fail due to this!!

Since this matter seem quite urgent, I would recommend downgrading to the previous known-working firmware version, as when you have some time, let me know and we can troubleshoot the issue further.
Has anything else changed other than the firmware version? Is the router being used in the same location?
You could also try setting the router to 4G-only for now to check if that has any effect on the connection.

Other changes is that part of when I experienced the issue I also updated the modem firmware.

System logs would be needed to diagnose the issue further. They can be gathered by navigating to System → Administration → Troubleshoot and pressing the System Log option. After replicating the issue, copy the text and paste it here.

I changed Firmware to mass update version RUTX_R_00.07.04.3
Loaded modem with some upload traffc and the modem did a reset after a few seconds.
Im not allowed to attach logfile as Im a new portal user.

It seems like configuration was changed, and that caused the mobile connection to restart. Could you clarify what steps were taken here before gathering the logs? If you caused the disconnection manually, please wait for the actual issue to replicate, and post the logs then, as at the moment all that is visible, is that the mobile connection was restarted manually.

I have now had some more time to capture the systemlog after reproducing the error.
Of my tests it does not have any effect on if I have the network type set to “Auto” or “4G (LTE) only”. The problem with disconnected Mobile data disconnected (internal modem) still appears in both scenarios.

I really need help with this issue as I can not use the router with its current failing in my streaming business. Last weekends gig I needed to use another router to manage to pull of the assignment which caused me many hours of extra work.
I really like to formfactor and potention of the RUTX50, but not with the instability it gives me.
If needed I also generated troubeshoot files just right after the outages that I could supply.
