I just wanted to follow up and ask whether the issue is still noticeable or has been reproduced again since your last message. From the provided logs, it seems that after the reboot, the modem successfully reconnected to the 5G NSA network and connectivity was restored.
Could you please check if your case might be related to the one described in this thread, where the modem crashes under higher throughput conditions?
It would also be helpful to know whether the same issue appears when the device is locked to a 4G-only network.
If nothing changes, we’ll need to investigate this specific issue more in depth privately.
