Hi,
On first connection at my new house my RUTX50 connected fine to 5G-NSA CA, then after a few hours on auto setting reconnected to 4g reducing my download speeds by half. I manually set B3 + N78 and this again reconnected to 5G, but again after a few hours dropped to 4g. Now no matter what i do i cannot get 5G back any ideas? (am at latest modem and firmware levels)
Am using 4x4 directional antenna (each set at 45degrees), and connection RSSI is -55 Does it matter what input goes where?
Could you confirm if the router reconnects to 5G after performing a hard reboot? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot from Status → Network → Mobile when the device is connected to LTE and 5G.
Have you also tried performing a factory reset on the device to see if this resolves the issue?
I am unable to get the 5g signal again, even after a hard reboot. I upgraded to rutx50 as i thought i would get better speeds over my rutx14 but now cant even get rutx50 to carrier aggregate on the 4g signal (rutx14 did) - any ideas or should i downgrade to get better speeds?
