Is it possible to setup router so that it uses dual WAN (fallback/load balance) between 2 gateways connected by ethernet? So one of 4 LAN ports would be used as the second WAN option.

Yes, it is possible to use a LAN port as a WAN port. You can find more information on our wiki here, as well as on this forum post here.

Failover / Load Balancing information is available here. Please note that only one mode can be active - either Failover or Load Balancing.
