I have two RUTX50 devices, both were connected to RMS. The oldest device was giving connection issues. Updated it to the latest firmware and did a factory reset.
Have deleted it from RMS and newly added it.
Double checked the serialnumber, mac-address and password; however the RUTX50 shows in RMS as model “RUT”. While my second one shows normally as “RUTX50”.
Trying to connect it via “Services/Cloud Solutions/RMS-Connect” it keeps giving connection state “Failure (Server refused connection. The device maybe blocked or unidentified”.

RMS is experiencing major difficulties at the moment, see e.g. here.
We’ll just have to wait, I guess.
