We are using several RUTX50 in our company. Some of these are mounted in customer hardware in a way, that we cannot access the label anymore where one can find the default password. We had to reset one router to factory defaults, which obviously lead to the point where we locked out ourselves.
Is it possible to obtain the default password? Fortunately, I can provide the Serial Number.

According to our security guidelines, we do not store default device passwords for more than 3 months. If the device was not purchased recently, we cannot provide the password. We recommend saving your password before deploying your devices.
If you purchased directly from us, we provide all passwords for the devices upon request. If you bought from a reseller, they might have the password available for you.
