Not exactly.
In my case the modem connects to the network and maintains the connection. The issue I am experiencing is failure to reconnect to the network, triggered by carrier-side maintenance (possibly). This has happen in early morning only. Sometimes it reconnects with success, others do not. Perhaps also associated with poor signal.
To ensure your issue receives the proper attention it deserves, I kindly ask that you open a separate topic for it. This will allow us to investigate and address your concern more efficiently.
With VoLTE disabled and using manual band selection, I’m no longer seeing reconnections during the morning window as before. However, reconnects now occur sporadically throughout the day without a clear pattern, and the router typically reconnects successfully after 2-3 attempts.
I’ve also updated to the latest stable firmware, RUTX_R_00.07.21.3 (2025-03-26).
Thank you for the update. Could you please clarify whether this issue is affecting only a single device, or if there are multiple devices in the same area experiencing similar behavior?
At the moment, I can only evaluate this device. I have two others in the field that have stopped communicating with our servers - it could be related to this issue or something else. I’ve set up this unit specifically to help identify what might be causing the problem with the other two. Since they’re located far away, I’ll only be able to check them once this one is stable enough.
