Rutx11 speed test impossible after update

Hello, I can no more able to do speed test after update to 7.20.3 with my RUTX11. I tried to update the last version firmware 7.21.1 but nothing change. I recieve this error: Cannot retrieve server list.”

I tried to a new server list but it doesn’t start.

Any solution ?

Hello,

Could you confirm that you really do have a working internet connection on your device? You can do so by sending a ping to 8.8.8.8 from WebUI → System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot → Diagnostics

Additionally, if you do have internet, please provide a screenshot of the error message you’re getting.

I don’t have any connection problem !!

I have the only problem when I try to do the speedtest inside of my router. This iusse has began after update to 7.20.3 I tried update to 7.21.1 but nothing change.

I can navigate regular and every speed test by ookla or any other but no more inside the router.

this is the ping

After the FW upgrade to the version 7.20.3, connection problem appeared. Basically, it means that internet connection becomes very slow and RUTX11 (perhaps?) disconnects itself from mobile network. Connection problem is seen in RUTX11 speed test in the following ways:

  • error message: Failed to find provider - Failed to find IP
  • OR
  • speed test starts normally with lower bit rate, after few seconds dl speed goes to zero and error message is shown: Connection to the speed test server was lost.
  • OR
  • error message: no internet connection at all

Seems that only the reboot normalizes the situation, but only temporarily. For example, today, reboot 07:00 → performance problem around 20:00.

Upgrade to the version 07.21.1 did not fix the problem. Still facing same issue.

I think it’s not a problem of my router but every time you make an update, every time something goes wrong and you need to do the update of update…..and every time everyone has to spend time to explain the problem for everything was wrong, with screenshot and time and time and time….
