RUTX11 internet connection problem, speed test displays errors

Copy-pasted issue from this thread: Rutx11 speed test impossible after update

Hi,

After the FW upgrade to the version 7.20.3, connection problem appeared. Basically, it means that internet connection becomes very slow and RUTX11 (perhaps?) disconnects itself from mobile network. Connection problem is seen in RUTX11 speed test in the following ways:

  • error message: Failed to find provider - Failed to find IP

  • OR

  • speed test starts normally with lower bit rate, after few seconds dl speed goes to zero and error message is shown: Connection to the speed test server was lost.

  • OR

  • error message: no internet connection at all

Seems that only the reboot normalizes the situation, but only temporarily. For example, today, reboot 07:00 → performance problem around 20:00.

Upgrade to the version 07.21.1 did not fix the problem. Still facing same issue.
