RUTX11 does not want to restart after a power cycle

My RUTX11 does not want to restart after a power cycle. When I turn off power to the device and turn it on again I get a light on the power indicator and a light on the connected ethernet ports, but no flashing sequence indicating the unit is booting. I have to long press reset at power on and after that I can update firmware and configure router from screatch.

this happened after updating to the latest firmware version. For now, I have returned to version RUTX_R_00.07.06.10 with Bootloader version 2.1 and we will see if the issue still exist.

Could you please attempt to upgrade to firmware version RUTX_R_00.07.07.3 without selecting “Keep settings”? Additionally, please confirm if you have already attempted to recover the device using the bootloader menu and let me know if the issue persists.

There are no known issues reported with this firmware version (07.07.3) related to your current issue.
