RUTX11 broken power connector

Hi,

today i need to relocate our X11, after unplug the cable, the power connector inside disappears. Checking it and shows up that the soldered connection points are ripped off and there is no soldering point more on the board.

What kind of idea is this, build such a unstable connection for a industrial router? I have seen this guy with the X12 and same issue.
I had taken over this router from the previous owner in the camper truck and was happy to have a industrial device. Device was not moved as much, but is never had this on a normal home router after 15 years in IT.
