I bought a RUTX10 router in 2022 and I am very satisfied with it.
Here are the system details:
Firmware version: RUTX_R_00.07.18.1
Firmware build date: 2025-10-09 08:41:42
Kernel version: 6.6.96
For the past few days, I’ve been experiencing a strange issue with the Wi-Fi system. Specifically, the various devices connected via Wi-Fi frequently experience communication interruptions due to a loss of signal. To resolve this, I need to restart the router.
I haven’t found a solution to this issue!
Is my modem defective?
Or, could it be that after the recent update I performed a few days ago, some settings need to be adjusted?
The LAN interfaces are working perfectly.

In these messages, I asked you for details on the following points:*
Which power supply unit is used to power the devices?
I use the original power supply that came with my RUTX10.*
How and where are the devices mounted? The device is placed in my office against a wall with a bracket.
Have you tried resetting the device to see if that solves the problem? No, otherwise I will lose all my settings.
Have you noticed a pattern when the problem occurs? Perhaps when a specific device connects to the access point? No, I have about twenty devices that connect via Wi-Fi. I just disabled 5G, which interferes with components that don’t support it.
If possible, please update the firmware to the latest version, 7.19, to see if the problem persists. OK, I just upgraded from version 7.18.3 to the latest version.*
Thank you for your help and sorry for the SPAM issue!
