RUTX10 error message when creating Port Based VLAN

Hello,

I have an urgent issue. When I try to add new VLAN ID in Port Based VLAN page, I just get an error “Failed to create new configuration”. I followed manual and wiki, but there is no information regarding this error. I just do not know what to do as that error basically says nothing.

Hello,

Could you clarify the VLAN ID that you are trying to add?
Is factory reset of the device an option? If so, I’d suggest trying that, as the firmware update with Keep settings option enabled may have corrupted the network file of the device.

I do not enter ID any id. I do not even see a field to do that. When I click “Add” I just get previously mentioned error.

Resetting the router is really outrageous… People are working and it has to be done after work hours.
