RUTX09 : modem update failed : not enough memory in modem filesystem

Hi, we have several RUTX09.
On one of our RUTX09, after updating to the latest firmware, the admin interface proposes to update the modem firmware.
This update fails with the error “Not enough memory in modem filesystem”.
How could I resolve this problem ?

Modem firmware : EG06ELAR03A05M4G
Teltonika firmware : RUTX_R_00.07.06.3
