RUTX 50 data usage wrong (only 3 days)

Hello

With RUTX_R_00.07.13.3 version on RUTX50 the data usage is only of 3 days in the month tab.
I’ve found topics older than 1 year here that said “devellopers are working on this issue”
Any update ?
it’s a bit annoying because data limit is wrong and count only the 3 last days as month data used

I’ve got a response with a few questions for you, if you could answer and try these steps, it would be highly appreciated:

  1. Could you select a custom period to check if the data usage is still being shown for these 3 days? Kindly provide a screenshot as well if you can.
  2. Can you try deleting the mdcollectd.db database file found in /tmp and then rebooting the device to see if that makes any changes in data usage graphs? This can be done via SSH/CLI by typing rm /tmp/mdcollectd.db and then typing reboot

Deleting the db file then reboot did not solve the issue.

Should this delete all collected datas ?
Because there are still datas in the graph after delete and reboot :

Regarding the initial one, did you create a completely new e-mail and then sent it to us, or did you press reply and sent one then?

@Bilbo194 I’ve had my colleagues double-check and it seems like you weren’t pressing “Reply” when sending us an e-mail but instead making new ones, that’s the reason I haven’t been getting your replies.

Could you find my first message I’ve sent you and “Reply” to it with the requested information?
