RUTM30: cannot get IP connection (PAP authentication) (followup)

Sorry as this will look like a duplicate but I did not received an answer from support for my PAP auth issue on RUTM30.

It took me time to gather the required information and I’ve sent them about 10 days ago but did not got any acknowledgment since then, and as the initial topic was closed in the mean time, I’m not sure if my message was received or got discard by some algorithm.
