Talked to support a second ago (Marcus I believe), and was asked to create a forum entry.
Have a device which suddenly disappeared from RMS.
When we finally accessed the device, it says under RMS, the device is not registered.
Also Serial Number is Zeros only, MAC address is displayed as FF:FF:FF:FF…
Resetting didn’t help.
As promised during our conversation, I’ve assigned the case to myself. I’ve now sent you some instructions to fill out so we can continue our conversation via e-mails (as I’ll need some sensitive information). In the “ticket ID” section of the form, simply enter 13886, which is this thread’s number.
The issue has been resolved by downgrading the firmware to 7.02.5 and updating the information of the device, afterwards upgrading the firmware back to the latest.
