RUT955 - Internal modem is unreachable

Hello, we are using a RUT955.
After a long break where the router was without power the WLAN isn’t working anymore.

On the WebUI frontpage “Internal modem is unreachable” is displayed on the top and it isn’t possible to edit or view the information. Devices can still see the router and we can log in, but it says that internet isn’t available.

We’ve factory reset the router multiple times, and updated it to the latest available firmware (RUT9_R_00.07.06.3). We also switched out the SIM cards, but without success.

We’ve also run lsusb on the CLI (like mentioned in this forum post) and got the following list with no :9008:

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 04b4:0006
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05e3:0610

Since it isn’t the same router model and another post makes it unclear if this number now indicates a hardware issue we aren’t sure if a RMA process is the only solution, but the warranty already expired
