RUT850 RMS Failed to verify device

The unit is connected to RMS but RMS log says “failed to verify device”.

“If the situation persists please contact support”.

So I guess this is te same issue as in topic " RUT850 authenticity not validated on RMS".

Could you please try factory resetting the device and then attempt to add the RUT850 to the RMS again? If it still doesn’t work, please let us know if anything changed or if you received any error messages.

Thanks for your reply. I already factory reset the device and removed and added it again in RMS. Same result.

The RUT850 does not have an error message, just says “connected”.

RMS message is “Failed to verify device”, then “The device is redirected to the authentication system” and then “Failed to verify device + Device is temporarily blocked”. Then, after some time, the error message cycle repeats.

Hi! I have this problem too.
On the router config page is “connected”, but on the RMS page have not activated error message. I am reset the device, but nothing has changed.
