I have a RUT850 modem and have connected to RMS. RMS generates error message “cannot verify this device’s authenticity. Please confirm if this device’s manufacturing information was input correctly. If problem persists please contact support”. I cannot find any information on internet on how to deal with issue. I have confirmed that the manufacturing details provided are correct several times. I cannot contact Teltonika support as it appears they only support products sold directly by them (I bought through a retailer in Sweden). Any advice on how to resolve issue appreciated!
I have the same problem: the router is on its latest version (1.04) and has been factory reset. Despite the router indicating that the connection is successful, I’m encountering the same error on the RMS platform as my colleague.

Additional authentication is only available on firmware versions 07.06.13 and 07.07.X. Legacy firmware versions do not have this function.
