RUT241 disconnects every 24h

Hello,
Our RUT241 disconnects automatically just like in this thread: RUT241 reconnecting every 24h

I also followed the steps in this thread, but no luck.

Maybe a coinsidance, maybe not. But I also have a connection with Home Assistant. I connect via modbus to track the daily usage.
Do you have a solution available @Marija?

In my case it was resolved by changing operator. They totally denied that is an issue, and it supposed to be normal thing.

With other operator sometimes I get up time without any disconnections for 40+days. So it clearly indicates that nothing is wrong with router and it is operator fault, sadly they didn’t accept that.

Greetings, @MartijnvP,

Welcome to Teltonika Community!

To help me investigate this issue further, could you please clarify a few details regarding your connection:

  • Does the connection terminate exactly every 24 hours, or is the timing approximate?
  • Have you tested this with a different provider’s SIM card, and if so, was the behavior the same?
  • Once the device loses connection, does it automatically reconnect, or do you need to reboot or manually reconnect to the network?
  • What firmware version is currently installed on your device?

This information will allow me to better understand the issue and provide more accurate guidance.

I look forward to your reply.

Best regards,
V.

Hi Vilius,

I did not try another Simcard, but honestly I don’t want to yet, because the router is hard to reach in our building.
I’m on the lasted firmware:

If the device loses connection, it’s back within one minute.

AI summerized the times and date. As shown below, it’s not exactly the same time.
