Hi Team,

I set up an rms connection for my device but I frequently get the error when I try to log in.
”Error: Error reading SSH protocol banner
Connection is not active anymore.Connection Reset By Peer”

Initially I followed a similar thread in the forum and it solved the issue ( RMS CLI - Error reading SSH protocol banner )

The idea was ip was being blocked from accessing the rms service. But this error happens again and again to me but there are no IP’s that are blocked. (I tried loggin in with root, admin and my custom username.)
