Rut-955 - Dead even after restart attempts

Since a couple of days my RUT-955 seem to be dead. Today i had a look on it.
When I connect power the diodes are blinking.
After a couple of seconds they are off.

The voltage is no issue.

The router doesn’t show up when searching for WiFi networks.

What’s the next step?

I detached the router and was able to connect to it via LAN.

• Are there any issues with the device’s LEDs or any other problems?

The device was mounted in a way that made it difficult to see the LEDs. It is now dismounted and placed in a completely different environment to facilitate further troubleshooting.

The LEDs were lit, but the Wi-Fi was not working.

I connected a computer via LAN, which allowed access to the interface.

I need help configuring the failover function on a RUT-955 router. The device is used on a boat, and I have set up two WAN networks (home harbor and winter harbor) to minimize mobile data usage. However, the failover function does not work as expected. When one of the WAN networks is available, the router works fine. But if both networks are unavailable, the router disappears entirely from the list of available wifi networks.
