I need help configuring the failover function on a RUT-955 router.
The device is used on a boat, and I have set up two WAN networks (home harbor and winter harbor) to minimize mobile data usage.
However, the failover function does not work as expected.
When one of the WAN networks is available, the router works fine. But if both networks are unavailable, the router disappears entirely from the list of available wifi networks.
Do you have any of the automatic reboot options enabled by chance? If Auto Reboot is enabled, and both WAN connections are down, the router could reboot constantly which would cause the SSIDs to disappear. Just a guess.
