RMS: Unknown device broker!

Hey,

after restarting a RUT950, we can no longer create CLI-/Weblinks for the device. When trying to create a link, we only get the message “Unknown device broker!”.
When trying to update the information (“Force update device information”), we get a timeout.
The device is connected to RMS (Green Bubble).

How can we contact customer support for RMS?

I just got the same thing. Never seen this before..

I got the same error too! Does teltonika have 24/7 support to resolve this type of service issues? you lose access to the device completely (I have this error on several devices) and this is a very big problem.

I just saw this post and it seems similar to the issue I raised in a new topic.

I can’t do anything with a RUT that’s showing online. I get timeout messages and I see the Unknown device broker message.

The problem still exists today. We have tried to send the rms_connect command via SMS, but this did not resolve the issue.

There only seems to be this forum for support. We really like using RMS and problems can occur, but not having a contact for support is a pity.

Hi, same problems for me, I opened a ticket on VIP Helpdesk, stay tune.

This might be resolved, worth checking yours. My similar issue seem to have fixed itself.
I did nothing different, it just started working.
