RMS Router not reachable

All Router in RMS are not reachable despite beeing online I get “Timeout.” when I try to reach them via WebUI

All our Systems are currently down and not working. Customers calling already. Is there a Issue?

We tried to restart the affected routers remotely but no success. Monitoring shows that they are online but any attempt to access them results in timeouts.
