I have created an account before a proper invitation, so I would like to delete the account in order to create a new one. Can you please help me ?

The account would need to be deleted from RMS side. Due to public nature of this forum, there is no way for us to share sensitive information privately. Thus, you will need to contact your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you have purchased the device and provide information about your RMS account. They should be able to help you. If this is not a feasible option, please, fill in the ‘contact us’ form here . Additionally, if it is not first level company, it can be deleted.
