Delete RMS account

If I understand correctly, your client would like to delete their RMS account so you can invite them using the same email to your company, allowing them to register again. Is that correct?

If so, we can delete their account, but we will need some sensitive information from them. I have sent a form to your email to fill out so we can contact you privately. For the ticket ID, please use ‘5953’.
