OTD500 Unable to delete eSIM profile from O2 Germany/Telefonica

Hi!

I’m not able to delete O2 Germany/Telefonica eSIM profile. Problem seems to be the same as here: RUTM52 - eSIM-Profile can not deleted

Web UI shows no error and confirms deletion but the eSIM profile still remains in inactive state. :slightly_frowning_face:

Can someone help?

Thank you for reaching out. This issue has already been identified and known by our R&D team, and a fix is expected to be included in the RutOS 7.13.4 firmware release, which will be available soon.

Thanks. Good news. Any idea when the new Firmware is available? Plan was to deploy the OTD500 on customer’s site tomorrow.
