No data show on Traffic logs

i already enable trafic log and setting ftp server after monitoring for 1 hour no traficlog show on Maintenance> traffic log and trafic log file on ftp server no data too

There was a similar topic discussed here: Traffic log blank. Please check it to ensure there are no inconsistencies in your traffic logging configuration.

Additionally, there is a known issue on some devices where no traffic logs are returned. This will be fixed with the upcoming RutOS 7.13 firmware release.

i use rut956 FW RUT9M_R_00.07.12.3 but still found this issue
Can i sent Troubleshoot file ?

This issue is most likely related to a known traffic logging service stopping working bug, which, as mentioned earlier, will be fixed with the upcoming 7.13 firmware release.
