I’m using an Amazon Fire stick with my TV in my motorhome. All the streaming apps work fine, except for Netflix. Netflix say that it’s a network issue. I saw the following topic on the community board, but the content is now out of date on the screenshots: RUT955 Not Allowing Some TV Apps To Connect. Can anyone provide anything similar with screenshots of the current settings. Many thanks.
BTW: I have a Teltonika RUTX11 LTE Cat6 Router
Hi there,
Could you please tell me what device you have and what firmware you’re currently running?
If it isn’t the latest one, please update it to the latest under System → Firmware → Update Firmware
After updating to the latest firmware, head to Network → DNS → General and add the DNS servers from the thread that you’ve linked:
Ensure that you Save & Apply these changes.
Additionally, the Mobile interface DNS settings seem to have stayed the same way they were in the other community thread.
Regards,
M.
I downloaded and installed the latest firmware over the weekend RUTX_R_00.07.14_WEBUI.bin
Sounds good, then just simply follow the steps provided above and the issue should be resolved.

M.
Hi, I’ve updated the DNS settings as per your message, but unfortunately the same issue with Netflix exists?
Hello,
Under Network → LAN, are you perchance getting an IPv6 address provided to your SIM card unintentionally? If the IP address under the mob1s1a1 interface isn’t numbers and dots only, then I would strongly suggest clicking on Edit → PDP Type → IPv4 → Save & Apply:
Let me know if this helps, if not, we’ll see what else we can do here,
M.
Hi there,
Note: If you provide any further images, ensure that no IPs can be seen or any other sensitive information is visible, simply blur it out.
Looks like you misunderstood me a bit. You need to head to Network → WAN → Press “Edit” on the “mob1s1a1” interface and ensure that the “PDP type” is set to “IPv4”, if the IP address you’re receiving on that interface looks something like this::
2001:db8:3333:4444:5555:6666:7777:8888 2001:db8:3333:4444:CCCC:DDDD:EEEE:FFFF
Here are some screenshot instructions:
You may also head to the Advanced settings in the same window and edit the “Custom DNS servers” to match the ones you’ve done previously:
Remember to Save & Apply after changes have been made.
Regards,
M.
