I am relatively new to Teltonika devices and recently started working with the RUT240 router. I have gone through the basic setup and it’s working fine for internet connectivity.., but I am trying to set up remote management through RMS and have run into a few issues.
I followed the official guides and activated the device in my RMS account.., but I can’t seem to establish a stable remote session. Sometimes it connects, but other times it just times out. I have checked the firmware version (it’s up to date) and verified that the device is online in RMS.
Has anyone else experienced intermittent connectivity like this: ?? Could it be something with mobile signal strength or a firewall setting I am missing: ?? Any tips on best practices for stable remote management: ??
Appreciate any help or insights you can share—really trying to understand how to make the most of this device in the field. I have also read this thread https://community.teltonika.lt/t/rut240-help-with-setup-azure-training-in-bangalore but still looking for some more help.
