Issue: Router Local Network OpenVPN with Teltonika RUT241 Router

Setup:

Router: Teltonika RUT241 Firmware version RUT2M_R_00.07.09.1.
LAN: Connected to an RPi(192.168.0.11) and 2 other(.15/.16) devices on LAN
VPN Configuration: OpenVPN running from a .ovpn file.

VPN Setup I am using CloudConnexa.
Router: Making a Host(Router) and making a Connector for it and using its .ovpn file in router.
Windows Machine: Making a Host(Computer) and making a Connector for it and using its .ovpn file in Computer using OpenVPN client.

  • The VPN client can successfully connect, and I am able to ping the VPN IP of the router from the Windows machine.

Objective:

Able to access the complete LAN network of Router from my windows machine. Also, I would like to SSH into the Raspberry Pi (192.168.0.11) from my Windows machine over the VPN connection.

Problem:

Despite successfully connecting the VPN and being able to ping the router’s VPN IP, I am unable to reach or ping the Raspberry Pi at its LAN IP (192.168.0.11). I’m unsure if the issue lies in routing, firewall settings, or specific OpenVPN configuration options on the Teltonika router.

Router Settings:

I have enabled Zone Forwarding from LAN to openvpn and vice versa.

Question:

What additional steps or configurations should I try to enable full LAN access over the VPN? Could there be an OpenVPN routing or firewall setting I might have missed?
