Whan a new person gets to the wifi the internet goes down for 1-2 min, is there any setting to solve this issue?

Which Router model are you using?
What firmwares are currently installed, there are two different firmwares, device and modem?
Hi I have a TBR500 as a modem and a Unifi Dreamrouter 7 as router, I have configured the TRB500 as a passthroue
What firmware versions have you got on the TBR500?
Are new users connecting to the WiFi provided by the TBR500 or the Unifi Router?
The firmware is TRB500_R_00.07.13.3 and the WIFI is thrue the Unifi Router
Login to TRB500 WebUI and go to Status->Mobile page. Check Data connection state value when connecting to WiFi with another device. If value doesn’t change and stays as Connected maybe something configured on Ubiquiti router.

If I understood correctly, the issue is still not resolved.
If you are still using firmware version 7.13.3, please update to 7.14.2: TRB500 Firmware Downloads
If you’re using 7.14 or 7.14.1, please review this important notice before updating: Important Note About Firmware Update
After updating, please check if the issue persists. If it does, I will contact you privately to determine whether the issue is related to the TRB device or Unifi.
