I can not establish A Connection from my PC to a Rut240 with L2TP with IpSec

Dear All , I want to configure my RUT240 in order to establish a connection to it through L2TP with IPsec. My goal is after the connection to be able to reach the equipment connected to the LAN side of the Rut. I have made the configuration for another instalation tha I have a Rut241 and there I can connect with no problems. I follow the same steps with the Rut240 and I get no results.

Could you please confirm if you have the latest firmware version on your RUT240? The latest version is 7.06.16. If not, please upgrade your device, try to replicate the issue, and let me know if it helps. You can download firmware from thid link: RUT240 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki.

Could yoy please help me a little more because I am unfamiliar with Ubuntu.
I did the installation from microsoft store and when i type the command I receive the following message

In the instruction you say
" Remember to change all instances of RUT_pub_IP to the RUT’s public IP address."
There I should put the dyndns address that I have configured ?

When the cerificate files are created with ubnuntu where are they stored in order for me to use them ?
