Hi all, I’m wondering if you can help, as of the 22nd of December my FMC003 has stopped sending data. I thought it was a SIM issue but have tested SIM in a mobile and it’s fine, I have tried another SIM card and although it goes activated on GPRS Status, it does not send any data.
Still not sending data, sim card has been confirmed as okay as its been tested in a phone. Another sim has also been tried but same issue.

- Domain,
kindly use the correct APN as it is provided by the provider, and use your server IP, not the domain,

Both are correct and hadn’t changed from when it started working to when it stopped
try to use the server IP instead of the Domain
Tried this. Same issue.
I am experiencing exactly the same issue on a Peugeot e208 after updating to the latest firmware. Astonishingly the Polestar 2 right beside it, also with an FMC003 and the latest firmware, is not experiencing any problems.
I tried resetting the configuration and reentering it manually, as suggested in another thread, but no improvement.
I also changed to using the IP address instead of the domain, also no improvement.
@Teltonika: The device is rendered useless now. Do you have any suggestions?
Here’s another log taken today, why is the device trying to register network as IMS when it’s data only SIM? Is this the issue?

I see that the device is not able to register into the operator, so this could be a coverage issue as the signa is not enough good or the operator is not accepting the SIM card
The operator is not accepting as for some reason since firmware update device is requesting IMS which is VOLTE and SIM would not work as it’s data only no voice which I believe is why it gets rejected.
I know it’s device FMC003 related, as SIM works fine in mobile phone (data only)

My device FMC003 does not work in a reliable way. One week ago it worked, and today I spent one hour to make it work (GPRS Status stays deactivated as in the other thread (“FMC003 does save records but does not send them”). So it is quite annoying to start a development. Are there any news regarding this issue on Teltonika side ?
Clearly something up with these devices. Can you pull log and post here so we can see if it’s similar issue to mine.

Please can we stop this case from closing. It’s not resolved and many of us are having issues since firmware.
I have logs from two different SIM cards and APNs as well as two servers (duplicate). Nothing is working.
Since the unit is not at all usable anymore - LTE communication is a primary function - I will open a warranty case with my supplier.
I assume, that not only my device will have stopped working after the FW update. So maybe Teltonika will take feedback from him a little more serious than our single voices here.
Still waiting to hear from support. Very frustrated
