Hi! First of all - I own FMC920 device and it’s great! I’m amazed how many great features it has!
But… I miss one feature - SMS forward to predefined number. My use-case explained:
- FMC920 is well hidden in the car. It’s very hard to access it.
- I want to track my SIM card expenses. I want to register account at my operator’s mobile app → Registration is automated process where server-side (operator) automatically sends SMS code to a phone number (to a SIM card in a tracker).
Since I can’t reach my tracker, I can’t move SIM to a phone and read the SMS code. Operator unfortunately doesn’t give any alternatives for this.
My request:
- add a feature for GPS tracker to forward SMS to a predefined number
- add additional options (forward all SMS-es, all SMS-es for a certain period of time, …)
- feature should be configured on or off through Teltonika configurator over Bluetooth OR by SMS command (from my phone → FMC920)
Quick research shows that I’m not the only one with this request. Hope this request reaches decision takers.
