Another user had a similar issue with the certificates, here is a topic that has a guide on how to resolve the issue:

RUTX11 "Certificates have expired Immediate action required to avoid service disruptions."

My 6-month-old RUTX11 is saying: “Certificates have expired - Immediate action required to avoid service disruptions.” The certificate in question appears to have expired over 3 years ago. How do I fix it? Is the fix likely to brick the modem? It’s very inaccessible.
